The location was excellent and lovely, staff were efficient. We greatly enjoyed restaurants and taverns close to the hotel. The breakfast was sensational, with a wide array of different options.

very clean hotel and great location. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like scales seafoods that was only 10 minutes' walk away. there was a bus stop not far away. beds were comfy.

The location on a main highway is very convenient and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are in good condition, with comfortable beds and a balcony. The breakfast served with a smile is simply delicious, especially the large bowl of various fresh fruits.

The owner lady was very friendly. Our arrival was later than open hours but there was no problem.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and allowed us to easily access nearby shops and restaurants. the room was very clean and comfortable, with a bed that allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep.

Although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, some guests disregarded this rule and smoked outside their rooms, causing an unpleasant odor to invade our room at times. the hotel staff was not always reliable and seemed to lack knowledge about the local area and provided amenities.

Thought it was over=priced as a long way from central Tweed Heads without a car.

The booking staff were helpful especially when asking for another nights accomodation at short notice, finding the most suitable room to suit. The breakfast was very good, equal to London hotels for choice and service. The decor of the rooms were relaxing and I was pleased with the second sink near the fridge to use for washing various items...So close to the beach and safe for the early morning or evening walk.

The only concern was the lack of a ramp at the entrance for the elderly or people with mobility issues.

Our stay was delightful! The hotel is conveniently located near transportation to both the airport and the city center. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided us with free Wi-Fi, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless.
